Whole Health Wellness Center is relocating to Farmington, CT on November 1st, 2022! Our new office will help us to better serve our patients from a central location next to American Red Cross, in front of UConn Health Center, and near I-84.

• This location allows our physicians to collaborate with healthcare providers at UConn Health as well as providers within the healthcare hub in Farmington.
• Our expansion allows us to continue to grow while providing additional services including a larger rehab area for physical therapy exercises.
• While we recognize that the drive to our new office may be farther for some patients, we feel confident that the level of care provided by the physicians at Whole Health paired with the ability to collaborate with medical providers in the area will be beneficial for everyone.
