How can I order supplements?

  • Online Ordering: Hover the “shop” icon to access the links to order either from Whole Health or directly from the vendor sites
  • Patient Portal: Send us a message through the portal with the supplements you are interested in
  • Email: Email us at orders@wholehealthllc.com
  • Phone: Call us at 860-674-0111 to place and pay for your order which we can ship or hold for you to be picked up
  • In-Person: Stop in anytime we are open to pick up your supplements. Please call for office hours first.

Do you have an online store?

Yes, the Whole Health online store is accessible on our website under the “shop” icon. Please call our office at 860-674-0111 or email us at orders@wholehealthllc.com to request an account to our online store.

Do I have to be a patient to order supplements from you?

No, you do not have to be a patient to order supplements from us, though we will need basic demographic information in our system for you to complete your order.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping from our office in Farmington, CT. Packages are shipped every weekday via USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Is there a shipping fee?

Yes, orders under $150 have a shipping fee of $9. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

How many days do I have for in-office pick up?

We will have your supplements on hold for pickup for up to two weeks.

My supplements are running low. When should I order them?

We recommend ordering supplements 2 weeks prior to running out to allow time for ordering if they are out of stock.
