Philosophy

Dr. Ashleigh De Simone earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she completed additional specialized training in naturopathic pediatric care, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and acupuncture. Prior to her career as a naturopathic physician, Dr. De Simone studied Nutrition, Dietetics & Public Health at New York University. During her time at NYU, Dr. De Simone worked as an integrative medicine intern for NYU Langone Health. She saw first-hand the significant impact and benefits naturopathic medicine brings to patient care which inspired her to become a naturopathic physician.

Passionate about pediatric health, Dr. De Simone completed specialized training in treating chronic conditions in children using safe, gentle, and effective natural remedies. Dr. De Simone also completed clinical training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture in order to be able to offer patients further safe and effective treatment options for restoring balance and promote healing.

Dr. De Simone works to bridge the gap between conventional medical care and integrative medicine by using both new research and traditional naturopathic therapies to guide treatment. She collaborates with each patient to create individualized treatment plans and works to empower each patient with the necessary information and tools, so they are able to achieve and maintain a more optimal state of health.
